Hello, I am Rick Joyner. Thank you for joining me for this Special Bulletin on current events. We have been covering over the last few Special Bulletins the Japanese earthquake, what this means, how it was prophesied, along with other consequences. Also, what do we do to be prepared for these times? If these things are coming upon us that were prophesied, what do we do to get ready for them? And I am going to be sharing some practical things as far as natural things that we should do to get ready for the times but also sowing into it spiritually because if we are not ready spiritually, getting ready in the natural really isn't going to help us that much. You can have everything ready, but if you are not in God's will, we are in the most dangerous place in the world no matter where we are. If we are in His will, we are in the safest place in the world regardless of where we are or regardless of what is going on around us. And that doesn't mean things do not happen to God's people, of course they do. If it is our time to go, we go to heaven. It cannot get any better! Truly, if believe the gospel that we are basing our whole salvation on, it only gets better and better. No Christian should fear death. It should be an exciting thing to us. 

      There are terrible things going on right now in Japan. Hopefully, you praying and you are interceding. I just finished meeting with someone who feels called from God to go there. An amazing lady, no fear, and excited about it. She knows the consequences. Just today the news came out that in a 12-mile radius of the nuclear plant that the radiation had increased; they said on the news broadcast that I saw, 1600 times. Something is going on there. This is I think not only a challenge and we are interpreting it what should we do with our nuclear plant, and what is the future of nuclear energy? These are questions to be asked. But we should also be asking what could we do right now to help the Japanese people. We really do reap what we sow. In their time of need, is there is something we can do. All of us can pray. And that is not the last resort, it is the first resort. That God would intervene. I have been so touched by the story I read years ago about how most of our missionaries, Christian missionaries, were killed in the atomic bomb that fell on Nagasaki which is where most of the Christian missionaries had been moved. Just as we put the Japanese in internment camps in America in WW2, they were very concerned that Christian missionaries could be spies or could undermine their government, so they moved them all. The report I saw said they had been moved to Nagasaki where we dropped an atom bomb on them. They all went to heaven; they were fine, I am sure they were fine. But there was no witness in Japan after that war, and there was such an openness that even McArthur when he became the administrator of Japan after the surrender of Japan, he put out a call for Christian missionaries they were so open to the gospel. Very few responded because there was o much bitterness towards them. I think a great opportunity was missed.

      Right now is another great opportunity. The Japanese people are turning to the Lord. They are filling churches right now, the few churches that are there. They are open and seeking the Lord. This is a great, great opportunity for the gospel. Let's pray for many souls to be saved for every one that was lost. I think if we, as it says in Galatians and in other places, we do reap what we sow. It says God is not going to be mocked. Whatever man sows, this he will also reap. If we want to reap grace, we need to sow grace. If we want to reap mercy, we want to sow mercy every chance we get. Anything that we can do for the Japanese people now, let's do it. We have been wide open for any way that the Lord would get us engaged in a mission over there or disaster response. We only do what we see the Father doing, what we feel directed to do. We are very open to that. We have many, many people trained in disaster response of all kinds now. If you are not called to be in a situation like that and you go, you just become a part of the burden and not a part of the answer to their situation. So we want to be sure we are called by the Lord. But we are open to that. One thing we can all be doing now, let's pray for Japan every time we think about them and what they are going through. And of course there are other things that have overshadowed Japan in the news now, like what is going on in Libya and other parts of the Middle East. These are important things too that really do deserve our attention, but I want to back up because I believe the situation in Japan is the fulfillment of a prophecy, a sure word of prophecy, and it had consequences attached to it and things that would unfold after it, which I have been sharing in these Bulletins. I want to elaborate on some today.

      Now I have had some requests from people saying can you just show us the original prophecy. I cannot right now. I know we have it. I have written about it in quite a number of places, but it came in discussions with Bob Jones over twenty-two years. I am quite sure I have it written down a number of times. The way Bob gets some of these things, when he first saw that there were going to be a series of earthquakes and the major one, he prophesied the San Francisco earthquake at that time that got all the details exactly accurate as I have shared on this Bulletin. But he saw some others; the Northridge quake I think was exactly accurate. But the Japanese, some things have been coming over time. I have so many journals over the years of sitting for hours and hours with Bob and other prophetic people and taking notes, it could be on videos, it could be on DVDs. The massive amount of stuff we have to go through, I do not have time to stop right now and go find it. I would that I could. I pray that the Lord would just show it to me quick. I am starting to go back in some of the old ones to see if I can locate details about it that I do not remember that may be important. We will do that, and may make time. It is not something that I can just put someone else to do because there are so many things in those journals that are personal to people and all that I would not for the sake of their privacy would not just to show to anybody. Pray that the Lord would give me time or help me to go right to some of these old prophecies. The part that I have shared with you I am confident is very accurate. Bob saw the major Japanese earthquake beginning an economic unraveling. The big earthquake coming the West Coast of the U.S. would not come until after the big one in Japan. Now the big one on our West Coast could come at any time. I am praying, Lord give us time, give us much more time. Give us years to help everybody to get ready. Those who need to move that may be in a danger zone, make it clear to them. Give them the grace to do it decently and in order. Those are my prayers. All the Lord told us was that it would not come until after the Japanese, so now it could come at any time. Keep praying for time, we need it. If you are in one of those places, you need to hear from the Lord yourself. You can hear from Him yourself. You could be a ground zero and the Lord wants you there to help people, and to be there and be able to respond. We have to esteem the purposes of God above our own safety or anything else. If you are in the will of God, like I said, you are in the most safe place you could possibly be. 

      As far as the economic unraveling, I have been praying for more clarity and more revelation on this myself. I believe the Lord has given me some. I want more too about the quake coming to our West Coast and everything. As we have said, we see in part, we know in part, we prophesy in part; we do not believe any person has the whole picture. I am being sensitive to what I am hearing from other people and what I am getting in from others, and trying to put all of these parts together. And I am going to the Lord myself, "Lord, give me more clarity. Give me more insight. Give me more details on these things." They are crucial, these are crucial times. When is this economic unraveling going to happen? What does it mean? What does the unraveling mean? The Lord has been showing me something over the last few days that I am starting to get some clarity on that is giving me increasing hope about this situation. Now, I believe there are a lot of things we are going to chose by our response. When you repent, when the Lord speaks and there is a repentance—I believe that Nineveh, when the Lord spoke, this city is about to be destroyed and everyone in it, their response to that changed their destiny. God heard, God had mercy, God has compassion. He would always rather show mercy than judgment. He would always rather be compassionate. We think well they need a good shaking to repent. It says the kindness of God calls men to repentance. I believe the broken heartedness, when we really see God's kindness and how evil and wicked we have been, or disrespectful or lukewarm, that brings repentance in a more real, pure repentance than I believe any amount of judgment can. Sometimes if the Lord is shaking us, if He has to send the big one, or judgment in other forms, it is because that too is His mercy. He remembers mercy in judgment. We have the most merciful, loving God, far more so than any human being has ever been or could be. You think of the most compassionate, merciful person that ever lived, God is way beyond—they were just a little revelation of what He is like. That is His nature. 

      I do believe the economic unraveling is coming. And I think it can be a major positive. I think it can mean a reset, a Jubilee, that we get to start over on a right foundation. It doesn't have to mean tyranny moving in and taking over. This often happens. It happened in Germany in the 1930s, WW2 was the result, but it does not have to happen here. One of the things I have been praying, as you read in the Scriptures, how hundreds of years after King David lived, God would still do things when Israel inquired of the Lord or prayed to the Lord and asked for mercy or grace, the Lord would do it for them as He said, for the sake of His servant David. He had been dead hundreds of years. God still had David in His heart. David's righteousness still had currency with God. Israel learned to appeal to the Lord for the sake of His servant David. Now my point is I think America has a righteous foundation. I am speaking to America, this is true of many nations. I think we had a foundation, a kingdom foundation. Our economy was originally built on kingdom principles. It is only because we departed from them that we have gotten into such a mess. It is only because we have departed from some of the basic standards of righteousness and justice that we found ourselves in a mess in many ways. But the Lord is going to give us a chance of rest to go back to those foundations. As we see in Hebrews 12, when He comes to shake the earth, He shakes everything that can be shaken, He will shake, so that the things that cannot be shaken will remain and that which cannot be shaken is that which is built on His kingdom. Every family that has built their finances on kingdom principles don't have one thing to worry about. Every church doesn't have one thing to worry about. Any business, even if it is not a Christian business, even if it is not lead by Christians, and there are some like this that have built on kingdom principles, godly kingdom principles, the integrity of the kingdom, truth, honesty, all of these things, they don't have anything to worry about. They have built on something that cannot be shaken. For those who have, guess what? Grace is coming I believe to give us a Jubilee to say, "okay, I am going to get you out of this mess, you have been praying for Me to get you out of it, I am going to get everybody out and give you another chance." I think the economic unraveling really is a grace from God to give us a reset where we can start again. 

      Now what does that mean? How is it going to work out? I think there is going to be some real shaking going on during the time. There will be a period of time when our dollar will not be worth anything. I believe there is going to be a time and place before that even if you have dollars in the bank, you cannot get them out of the bank. There will be runs and things like that on the banks. But we have another Source. We have a King who is above all rule and authority and power and dominion. Just as our King walked the earth, seeking every day to walk in obedience to His Father, every Christian is going to come to that where we are going to have to start walking and living the way He lived. That is what He came to show us in the first place. 

      I want to talk about a few of the practical aspects of things I believe I have been shown about what is unfolding. We will be right back to cover some of those. 

      I was talking about some of the things of the things I believe are the fulfillment of the prophecies around the Japan earthquake and what they are going to mean practically to us and what does the economic meltdown mean. I believe it does mean a reset. I believe it can mean a reset. I believe we are going to chose that. We turn to the Lord, we humble ourselves, we pray, we repent, we do the things we need to do that are the reason for these things in the first place to get our attention that we might turn to Him who is the only answer. I think we can come out of this far better than ever. I do believe America can come out of this better and stronger than ever in our history, and everybody better off. Many of the ultimate issues and things where we have drifted from our path, from our destiny and our purpose, can be recovered very fast. The nations, Jesus is coming back to judge between the nations as either sheep or goats. We want our nation to be one of those sheep. I believe according to the characteristics that He listed there, what distinguished them from sheep and goats, America has been one of the great sheep nations if there has ever been one. But it seems right at the end some of the things we have kind of lost our way and drifted. Well, He is snapping us back because He loves us. We have to know the scariest thing in the world is if we are without discipline He says. He says those that are without discipline are not His, but if He disciplines us it is because He loves us. And He is going to discipline us because He does love America. We have a purpose. Our destiny is to respond right through all these things and we are going to be better and stronger than ever and a blessing to many other nations. 

      Also, with all that is going on in the Middle East, I believe it is the unfolding of Isaiah 19, read that Chapter. It looks like news now in some areas, and it is going to even more so in unfolding times. That was written almost 3,000 years ago. God knew the end from the beginning. Everything is unfolding according to His plan. He is not being shocked or surprised by anything. We can be prepared for everything He is doing. 

      One of the things we have to do, the most practical and best thing we have to do, is we have to be in our right place in His body, the church. You cannot be rightly connected to the Head unless you are rightly connected to His body, in your right place, in His church. Get in the right place. If there is no fellowship where you fit in, you need to move, you need to find that right place. Seek first the kingdom, and His righteousness and everything else will be added to you. Don't determine where you are going to live by where the best job is or where the geography is that you like or anything else, determine where you are going to live by His kingdom purpose for you. Get in your right place in the body. 

      Now I have a lot of people that constantly ask me, "should I be buying gold? Should I be buying silver?" I am not a financial advisor and I cannot give you that kind of advice. I can only tell you what I have done. Now, I have basically for many years not taken a lot of the income and royalties I could have taken and trusted the Lord and said Lord, I am going to put everything into building Your kingdom, and I just ask You to take care of me and my family. I take enough, I have put kids through college and everything, but I have not had any extra. So I have not gone out and bought a lot of gold and silver. I did buy some silver 20 years ago because I believe the Lord showed me way back then it was like $5 an ounce and He showed me it was going to really change. I did pretty good there. And my retirement accounts, a few years ago I thought that was where to put my money in precious metals mutual funds did extremely well. I think there is a huge upside yet to both gold and silver. That is my opinion. I do not have any extra now to buy any. So do you know what the Lord did? He had someone show up with a truckload, years ago. I have had people come give me gold coins, give me diamond rings, I did not even know they were real diamonds, I thought they were costume jewelry. He has just put things in my hand. I had people give me gold coins, and over time it takes a hand truck. I did not know why are people bringing me gold. I feel like I am taken care of. I feel like the Lord took care of me because I said I do not have time to focus on my own stuff anymore, I am just trusting that You have taken enough income to get my family through, get my kids through school, stuff like that. He will take care of you. I hope you can hear this, I do believe gold and silver is going to continue to go up. It has a major upside potential. I think it is also real currency, and there are times when I think we are going to go through periods of bartering where things of real value, which gold and silver are going to definitely qualify for that. There are going to be some places where sometimes even gold and silver, like bullets may be more valuable than gold and silver. I am serious. We are going to go through some tough times in some places. I think a good investment, for me if I were investing now, I think real estate is real. That is its name. I think land, property, things like that even though they have been hammered so much lately and may get some more, it will be of some value to have land. We were also shown by the Lord water is going to be far more valuable than oil. I think pure clean water sources are going to be absolutely gold mines in the time to come. I was shown that. I know many others that have had dreams. We have a place where people come and it just seems to be something of an open heaven. They have visions and dreams. Several had the same dream, identical dream, did not know each other or know about the other's dream, never heard of it, we had not published it, but it was drilling for water, hitting water, the water came up like a gusher and it came down as so much gold and silver, all the people in this dream could not even fill their pockets. It was just too much. It was overflowing. I think water and water sources are going to be extremely valuable.

      These are some practical things and I will share a little bit. Others say we know in part, we see in part. I am not advising you to buy anything or not to buy anything or to get out of anything. I did cash in everything I had in stocks just a few months ago. My own retirements accounts, I felt like we were going to bump up against a ceiling and it was time to put it into other things personally. Whatever I could get, I am going to put into something real. I think it is just the time for that. Now this could unfold over a few years. We could have the market going up and down and sideways all kinds of things. I think a lot of people, when something is delayed, there are some people that if something doesn't happen dramatic in a few months, they feel like, okay that wasn't right, that is not going to happen. It could be three years, it could be more than that. A lot of people will drift. The Lord sometimes sees—it takes faith and patience to inherit the promises. Sometimes He tests our patience. These are things we have been seeing for a long time. 

      Also, if you are a Christian leader, this coming April 14-16, right here at Heritage, we are going another emergency gathering of Christian leaders through the Oak Initiative. The Oak Initiative was born from a gathering of about 300 Christian leaders. These were top level leaders of movements and denominations that came together to confer over the great crises of our time and how do we prepare for them, how do we prepare the church for what is coming? What can we do about it? How can we be the salt and light we are called to be? Well we have another Oak gathering. If you are a Christian leader, we only have so much space, and we may open it up to 500 this time, but it is not going to be many because we have some serious business. These are not for preaching to the crowd. There is a lot of interchange, a lot of things that go on during these summits. If you are a Christian leader, and you feel like you are supposed to be here, hear from God. Don't just come. But if you are supposed to be here, April 14-16. The information is on your screen or you can contact our Oak office here at Heritage, and register and reserve rooms. We have about 300 rooms and suites at Heritage where you can stay. I think it is not just coming to the meetings, it is the interchange with the other major Christian leaders who are really hearing from God and who have been raised up for these times. There is a lot of time for that interchange and building relationships that we sometimes need. I was shown many years ago that one of the important things for us to do in these times is to get connected we are supposed to be connected with. Just like Barnabas had to go get Paul so they could both get released into their own ultimate purpose. Sometimes there are divine connections we have to make with somebody else before we can get promoted into our own ultimate purpose, and these gatherings can be a place for that. So please consider that. 

      Also, I wrote a book recently called I See A New America. I think the timing was exactly right. I could not understand why I had such a burden to get this book out. I had not had a burden like that for a long time. Not one that lasted for so long. I have had strong burdens to get out a Bulletin or something, but I think I put some of the real answers to where we are headed in that book. I think it is very timely, and I would like to ask you to consider reading it. I wrote it for Americans, not just Christians. I did sometimes quote Scriptures, but I wrote it more for general audience, so please consider that when you are reading it. But I think there are some answers in there. I do see a new America coming out of this, a better one. We have been great. It has been one of the greatest countries in history, but we can be greater still. And we can have a brighter future than we have had in our past. Thank you for joining me for this Bulletin.
